What is the payment method?
Payment can be made either through cash, bank transfer or
our secured payment link.
Is there additional charge in the payment link?
Yes, there is an additional 3% charge towards the total bill.
Is Pre payment required?
Yes, a pre-payment is required for all services.
Is the VAT included?
No, an additional 5% VAT will be charged to the total amount.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, however there is a cancellation fee of 200 AED for cancelation within 8 hours prior to booking time. No shows will be charged 50% of the total rate.
How many kilometre's can the vehicle be used per day?
250 km per day around Dubai is allowed. Excess use or use of
vehicle within the other Emirate is subject to additional charges.
Can we use chauffeur outside of Dubai?
Yes, however additional charge applies. Price will be based on your pre-arranged booking.
Can anyone besides the chauffeur drive the car?
No, not under any circumstances anyone else besides the designated driver is not allowed to drive the car.
What should I do if I have left any personal item in the car?

How many hours is a full day hire?
A full day is 10 hours every additional hours will be charged extra
